Deputies in Wayne County say that Richard H. Zimmer, 62, of Palmyra was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and failure to keep right after a traffic stop.
Zimmer was observed not keeping right and upon deputies stopping him, they found that he was under the influence of alcohol. His blood-alcohol content was determiend to be .23 percent, which spurred the aggravated driving while intoxicated charge.
All of the charges will be answered in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
